Cancellation Policy

  • Upon booking an appointment, we kindly ask for card details to confirm your booking to prevent no shows or late cancellations. Your card will not be charged at any point unless in the event of a late cancellation or no show, full payment is collected at your appointment.
  • We require 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee.
  • No shows will incur a 100% fee.
  • No showing your appointment without paying the fee results in a ban from booking another appointment.

Appointments

  • Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are early please send me a text message via social media or my contact number.
  • If you are running more than 10 minutes late your appointment can no longer be completed and will be cancelled and will be charged a 50% cancellation fee
  • You are required to fill out a consent form prior to your service. 
  • We do not allow other guests in the salon unless arranged prior.
  • We accept card & cash, or bank transfer (please note all card payments have a surcharge of 1.6%).
  • For all Lash Extensions services please arrive makeup free and with NO moisturiser on as it can cause the under eye pads to slip.
  • Please discontinue the use of Retinols, HA/BHAs, glycolic or salicylic acid or ant other forms of topical chemical exfoliants 48 hours prior to your appointment.

AFTERCARE

  • Clients are required to follow the provided post-care instructions to ensure the best results. Failure to adhere to these instructions, whether due to mistake, negligence, or disregard, may result in the need for additional follow-up care. Any follow-up services required due to improper aftercare will be at the client’s own expense.
  • In the rare event that a client experiences any irritation or is unsatisfied with the service received, they must contact Glammed Up By E within 24 hours of the treatment. 
  • Please follow the pre & post care instructions as provided.
